“May 9, 2023, your minisplit installation team of Oscar, Jose and Juan came, put up their awning so they could work in the rain, and proceeded to install the Carrier system. They arrived between 8 and 9 am and worked continuously until well past the planned ending time to ensure the job was done right. They were pleasant, industrious, efficient and clearly were working with the customer in mind. Oscar provided clear leadership and was obviously sharing his knowledge with the others. They worked very well together. They left their work area, both inside and outside of the house clean.”
