He FaceTimed me through some issues in 95 degree heat so my AC would get back up and running, which took about 30-45 minutes on the phone (all with a smile on his face while I had no clue what I was doing). He could have easily made me wait it out and had an emergency tech come out but was truly concerned to help me get squared away. Unreal! I owe him and his team big time.
