The best way to prevent the need for air conditioning and heating system repairs is to have your HVAC systems regularly inspected and maintained. While keeping up with annual maintenance can be a challenge, it is made easier with Garneski Air Conditioning & Heating’s service agreement plan! When you purchase a service agreement with us, you automatically get free annual heating and AC maintenance inspections included.

Garneski Air Conditioning & Heating will provide you with a comprehensive service program and preferred customer status for necessary repairs and service.
YEARLY INSPECTIONS: We will provide two comprehensive seasonal inspections per year (one heating and one cooling). If applicable the humidifier inspection will take place at the time of the heating check.
PROBLEM DIAGNOSIS: We will waive the customary $97 diagnostic fee for problem resolution for service calls requested during regular business hours. That’s right, you pay NO diagnostic fee’s for service calls EVER!
PREFERRED CUSTOMER DISCOUNT: You will receive a 20% discount on ALL repairs and services as reflected in the Company’s Straight Forward Price Guide.
HOURS OF SERVICE: Regular business hours are from 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The following holidays are not available for regular business hours: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
AUTHORIZATION AND LIABILITY: No repairs or services will be performed without your authorization. The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from delay, failure to discover a condition requiring repair or replacement, or as a consequence of any performance under this agreement.
RECORDS: We will maintain a complete record of all maintenance and repairs performed by us and will provide you a written report after every maintenance inspection. We will also provide you access to all of your invoices, documents and service history online on our Customer Access Portal!
TERMS: The agreement terms are for one year effective on the day of purchase and are billed on a monthly or annual basis to the payment method you have chosen. Unless you notify us in writing at least 30 days before the anniversary date, the Company will continue this agreement at the same terms on a month-to-month or annual basis. After the first year terms have been met, you can cancel at any time as long as you provide us in writing at least 30 days prior with your intent to terminate.
